Dr. Matt Maxwell, Superintendent | Lemont High School

Lemont High School’s Drama Club will present the play “Little Women” on the Performing Arts Center stage from October 16 to October 18. The production, directed by Paula Troesch, is scheduled for 7 p.m. each night. Tickets are priced at $10 for adults and $8 for students and senior citizens. They can be purchased online or at the door, with Will Call pickup available on performance nights.

“Little Women,” based on Louisa May Alcott’s novel, tells the story of four sisters—Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy—during the Civil War as they navigate family life and personal growth. The play explores themes such as family, love, self-discovery, and resilience.

In addition to the play, Lemont High School’s Art Department will host a student art exhibition in Gallery 306 before each show from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m.

Attendees can park in either the school’s parking garage or in the lot outside the Performing Arts Center; both are accessible from Julia Street. Lemont High School is located at 800 Porter Street in Lemont.
