Madelyn Wallace, former Lemont High School standout, played on Friday, Feb. 28 in NCAA Division I softball game

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Lemont High School standout Madelyn Wallace’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northwestern Wildcats.

The game took place at Ulmer Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 12:30 p.m. at Ulmer Stadium against Louisville Cardinals.
