Madelyn Wallace, former Lemont High School standout, played on Saturday, Feb. 22 in NCAA Division I softball game

On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Lemont High School standout Madelyn Wallace’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, lost 4-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois Fighting Illini.

The game took place at Dail Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Fighting Illini this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 3:30 p.m. at Dail Softball Stadium against North Carolina State Wolfpack.
