The Lemont High School will host its 35th Annual Bands Dinner Dance on March 8 at the Ruffled Feathers Golf Club. The event aims to support the school's band and color guard programs, which have received accolades. It is open to the community and will feature performances by the school's jazz band, guest vocalists, a special dance by the color guard, and professional musicians.
The event will run from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with dinner served at 7 p.m. An induction into the Lemont High School Alumni Hall of Fame is planned for around 7:45 p.m., followed by a performance by the jazz band from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Complimentary appetizers during cocktail hour will be provided by Moreno’s Mexican Restaurant and Salsa Bar, while Folklore Coffee will offer a hot chocolate bar and coffee selections later in the evening. There will also be raffles for cash and prizes, with winners announced later in the night.
Ruffled Feathers Golf Club is located at 1 Pete Dye Drive in Lemont. Reservations for this event are priced at $75 per person for ages 13 and older, which includes dinner, dancing, and access to a cash bar. Tickets for children aged between two and twelve are available for $45 each.
