Matas Castillo records 7 points and 3 rebounds in Wisconsin–Parkside Rangers’ loss to Davenport Panthers

On Saturday, January 25, Matas Castillo, the former standout Lemont High School athlete, took the court in the Wisconsin–Parkside Rangers’ -to- loss to the Davenport Panthers.

The 6′0″ sophomore guard put up seven points, three rebounds and two assists in 33 minutes of action.

Castillo was not the only former Lemont Press area athlete to play in Saturday’s game. Rokas Castillo also played for Rangers in the game.

Rokas Castillo, a 6′0″ sophomore guard from Lemont High School, registered three points, one rebound and one steal in nine minutes.

Up next for the Rangers: on Thursday, January 30 at 8:30 p.m., Wisconsin–Parkside plays against the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals at home.
