Lemont High School has recognized 974 students for their academic achievements in the first semester of the 2024-25 school year. Students were acknowledged with either Honor Roll or High Honor Roll distinctions.
The senior class had the highest number of honorees, with 262 students receiving recognition. Of these, 213 achieved High Honor Roll status, while 49 were named to the Honor Roll. The sophomore class followed closely with a total of 251 students honored, including 195 on the High Honor Roll and 56 on the Honor Roll.
Freshmen and juniors also demonstrated strong academic performance. The freshman class had 234 students recognized (184 on High Honor Roll and 50 on Honor Roll), while the junior class saw 227 students honored (168 on High Honor Roll and 59 on Honor Roll).
To qualify for High Honor Roll, students must be enrolled in six or more classes and maintain a grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.5. For inclusion in the Honor Roll, a GPA between 3.00 and 3.49 is required. Any student earning a grade lower than a "C" is not eligible for either list.
