Matas Castillo posts 2 rebounds and 2 points in Wisconsin–Parkside Rangers’ game versus Lake Superior State Lakers

On Saturday, January 18, Matas Castillo, the former standout Lemont High School athlete, saw action in the Wisconsin–Parkside Rangers’ 66-to-63 win over the Lake Superior State Lakers.

The 6′0″ sophomore guard put up two points, two rebounds and one assist in 35 minutes of action.

Castillo was not the only former Lemont Press area athlete to play in Saturday’s game. Rokas Castillo also played for Rangers in the game.

Rokas Castillo, a 6′0″ sophomore guard from Lemont High School, contributed three points and one rebound in 15 minutes.

Up next for the Rangers: on Thursday, January 23 at 8 p.m., Wisconsin–Parkside plays against the Grand Valley State Lakers on the road.
