Matas Castillo posts 5 points and 4 rebounds in Wisconsin–Parkside Rangers’ game versus Roosevelt Lakers

On Monday, January 6, Matas Castillo, the former standout Lemont High School athlete, saw action in the Wisconsin–Parkside Rangers’ 75-to-70 win over the Roosevelt Lakers.

The 6′0″ sophomore guard put up five points, four rebounds and two assists in 29 minutes of action.

Castillo was not the only former Lemont Press area athlete to play in Monday’s game. Rokas Castillo also played for Rangers in the game.

Rokas Castillo, a 6′0″ sophomore guard from Lemont High School, contributed five points, two rebounds and one assist in 13 minutes.

Up next for the Rangers: on Thursday, January 9 at 7:30 p.m., Wisconsin–Parkside plays against the Wayne State Warriors on the road.
