Loretta G. Macfarlane, 93, of Lemont, Passes Away Peacefully

Loretta G. Macfarlane, 93, of Lemont, passed away on November 11, 2024. She was the beloved wife of the late James Macfarlane, loving mother of Linda Bernacchi and the late Janice M. Macfarlane, and cherished daughter of the late Frank and Jennie Lesniewski.

She is survived by her sister, Florence McGury, niece Carol McGury-Bonnevier, nephew Raymond McGury, and other relatives. Loretta was preceded in death by her brother Frank Lesniewski.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Markiewicz Funeral Home in Lemont. A prayer service will follow at 11 a.m., with Mass at St. Alphonsus Church at 11:30 a.m. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
