Due to anticipated snowfall during dismissal time, Lemont High School has announced that in-person classes will not take place on Wednesday, February 12. Instead, students will engage in eLearning for their Blue Day classes.

The school will not offer transportation services for students attending out-of-district schools on this day. Additionally, all before and after school activities scheduled to occur on campus have been canceled. Coaches and sponsors are responsible for informing teams about the status of any planned contests.

The school provided guidelines for the eLearning day:

- Instruction will be asynchronous.

- Teachers are required to post assignments by 8 a.m.

- Students must fill out an attendance form emailed to them in the morning.

- Each student should visit Google Classroom for their scheduled classes and complete assigned tasks.

- Teachers will be available via email throughout the school day to address any questions from students regarding assignments.

In-person classes are expected to resume on Thursday, February 13, designated as a Gold Day according to the school's calendar.
